AI works

In my work, I enjoy experimenting with whatever medium is available, with a particular focus on digital art — especially AI-generated art. My interest in AI goes beyond its visual outcomes; it also raises important questions for me about the medium itself : why do we use it, how can it becomes our creative tool and what can it truly offer? These questions drive my artistic research, which I explore through various projects that treat AI not just as a tool, but as a medium in its own right.

This line of inquiry has also shaped my professional work at Vermeer.ai, within the Prose On Pixels group in Paris, where we explore how AI can be used differently in publicity and media production contexts.

AI Art Projects

This work engages in a critical, experimental, and self-reflective approach that explores the impact of artificial intelligence on artistic creation, the concept of authorship, and contemporary image regimes. Reproduction—once seen as the opposite of originality—becomes a fertile ground for experimentation, where visual practices, layered references, and shifting discourses converge. AI, as a technology of repetition and variation, fits seamlessly into this framework: it doesn’t simply replicate, but reconfigures, diverges, and displaces, according to rules that can be shaped and directed by the user. How can reproduction itself be reimagined as a critical and artistic act? And what kinds of content, narratives, or structures might emerge when generation becomes a collective process, fueled by diverse subjectivities, archives, and desires, in a world where creation is just a few clicks away?

In an era where everyone uses AI and prompting has become commonplace, the question is no longer if we use AI—but how we use it differently. In my professional work at Vermeer.ai, within the Prose On Pixels group in Paris, we explore alternative and creative approaches to AI in the fields of advertising and media production, pushing beyond conventional use cases to rethink its role in image-making.
