She has a desire for the articles she writes to happen in her personal life, but she is often controlled by her past life, to the point where she is no longer able to distinguish between the two.

Ni Laras is a Javanese girl who deeply loves her parents. She inherited her mother’s traditional mindset and her father’s more moderate views, which led her to grow up as a confused teenager, struggling to balance the two perspectives. Living in her own imaginative world, she brings to life the Wayang puppet characters in her fantasies.
